To turn Pop-up Blocker on or off:

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Pop-up Blocker.

Do one of the following:

To turn off Pop-up Blocker, click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.

To turn on Pop-up Blocker, click Turn On Pop-up Blocker.

Steps to delete all Cookies:

Tools –delete browsing history- delete cookies Tools – Delete history

Steps to delete cookies by alphabet:

You can delete all or some cookies in Internet Explorer.

To delete a single cookie

1. In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

2. On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Settings.

3. Click the View files button.

4. Click the Name column heading to sort all the files alphabetically, and then scroll down until you see files that begin with the prefix Cookie:. All cookies will have that prefix, and they usually contain the name of the website that created the cookie.

5. Right-click the cookie you want to delete, click Delete, and then click Yes.

6. Close the window that contains the list of files, and then click OK twice to return to Internet Explorer.

I have listed the steps below for you to clear your Cache:

1. Go to Internet Explorer and open it up, 2. Then go to tools - internet options.

3. Then go to the General Tab

4. Then go to Browsing History

5. Then got to settings - under Temporary Internet Files - select automatically

6. Under Disk Space select 100

7. Under History select 20

8.Under the Privacy tab select - Advanced - Check off Override automatic cookie handling

9. Under First Party Cookies and Third Party Cookies - Select Accept 10.Press ok

11. Select the Advanced Tab - Arrow down to Browsing - go to enable third party browser extensions - make sure that there is not a check mark in the box, if it is remove it.

12. Then select ok

13.Go to Google - http://www.google.com/ Link for you to install flash player 9

14. Go to mozilla.com - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/  if internet explorer does not work, have them try to open with Firefox instead or if you cannot find it go to http://www.oldapps.com/
